By adding family members to your plan you never have to worry about ensuring your family’s rights are protected.
You can add:
A maximum of three dependents can be added to your plan.
For an additional R187 per person, per month, providing R15 000 cover.
For an additional R161 per person, per month, providing R10 000 cover.
The maximum entry age for a parent is 74 years old. There is no expiry age. Parents are not covered for the accidental death benefit.
Luckily, my Legal&Tax consultant advised me to add my in-laws to my funeral policy. I was able to contribute R10 000 towards a respectable funeral her.
